Nepal Parliament Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar has announced that the winter session of the Parliament will be prorogued today.

During the meeting today, Speaker Gharti informed lawmakers that President Bidya Devi Bhandari had concluded the session as per recommendation from Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli,reports The Himalayan Times.

The Winter Session had begun on October 2 last year after the promulgation of the new Constitution on September 20, 2015.
