A 34-yr-old woman jumped off with her two children from the third floor of her house in East Delhi's Laxmi Nagar, following arguments with her husband, said police on Tuesday.
Both the children, aged up to 7-8 years, died while the mother Alia is battling for her life in the hospital, police said.
Police said a PCR call was received at around 9 pm on March 25 that a woman with her two children jumped off from her house in Laxmi Nagar's N-Block Lalita Park. A police team reached the spot and injured were taken to a nearby hospital.
Police investigation says that the couple used to fight with each other over monetary issues, following which Alia took the extreme step.
