James Franco, who is directing a movie called "The Sound and the Fury", thinks that having the honour of working for him in his latest film is greater than making any money.

His search for a female lead led to a casting call being sent out- one that offered low pay and said employment by Franco "in itself can be considered great currency," Radar Online reported.

According to the call obtained by the publication, the movie- which is based on William Faulkner's novel- will be a feature film that will take 13 days to shoot and operate on a low Screen Actors Guild budget.

The role for the film is for an African American woman between the ages of 45 and 60.
