Xavient Digital - powered by TELUS International is strengthening its roots in India.
Within a year of partnering with TELUS International, Xavient Digital has inaugurated two new facilities in Delhi-NCR, grown the team in India by more than 400 team members to 1,700, and expanded the business to include customer service excellence.
Through its new state-of-the-art facilities and award-winning corporate culture, the company is focused on attracting young and exciting local talent, which will enhance its digital services capabilities.
Xavient Digital is an employee-centric organization and the new facilities reflect its team's caring culture. With a combined capacity of 800 professionals, special attention has been paid to the comfort, health, and safety of the employees when designing the new office space.
The interiors are well-lit by natural light and the ergonomic furniture is sourced from some of the leading global furnishing vendors, ensuring quality, comfort, and safety for all team members.
There's a well-equipped recreational center within the office premises, enabling team members to take a break and enjoy a game of pool, carom, or darts. International chains of restaurants offer fresh and delicious cuisines to satiate the hunger of hardworking professionals, while ambulance service is available 24/7 to manage any medical emergencies.
The new facilities are well-connected by road and public transport systems. The Sector 135 Metro Station of Noida-Greater Noida metro railway system is just a stone's throw away, and there is also ample parking space for team members commuting via personal vehicles.
The facilities were inaugurated by Jeffrey Puritt, President and CEO of TELUS International, Saif Ahmad, President and Chief Operating Officer of Xavient Digital - powered by TELUS International, and other senior leaders on December 10, 2018.
"Xavient Digital - now backed by TELUS International - will continue to invest and grow in India, adding more team members to our global family, providing meaningful employment to thousands of local professionals, and investing in the well-being of the communities where we live, work and serve," said Puritt.
Ahmad believes that the confluence of Xavient Digital and TELUS International unifies technology and the human experience. He says, "Both companies have different skill sets but similar desires: exceptional customer experiences. Xavient Digital's technology expertise when combined with TELUS International's customer-first approach results in end-to-end digitally enabled human customer experience journeys."
He added, "Our Human Resources (HR) team is working hard to hire, motivate and promote the best talent to deliver innovative, secure, predictive, and hyper-personalized solutions."
Xavient Digital - powered by TELUS International caters to the demand for customer experience architecture. While its HR team is leaving no stone unturned in getting experts in AI-powered digital transformation services, UI/UX design, Open Source Platform services, Cloud services, OTT solutions, IoT, Big Data services, DevOps and Data Science solutions on board, its learning and development team is training its existing workforce on these technologies.
Additionally, the team is also expanding its customer care operations in India, unifying human touch and technology solutions to exceed customer expectations.
TELUS International was recently awarded the 2018 People's Choice Stevie Award for Favorite Company in the Business or Professional Services category, as well as for Company of the Year.
