Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would begin his Samaikhya Sankaravam from November 28 to create public opinion against the division of the state of Andhra Pradesh and expose the arrogance of the central government in Delhi.
The Jagan Samaikhyayatra will begin from Kuppam.
Reddy had on Wednesday met Trinamool Congress supremo and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, and urged her party to oppose the Telangana Bill in the Parliament and demanded it be withdrawn.
Reddy said the Centre's decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh is unacceptable.
He met Banerjee at 'Nabanna', the West Bengal state Secretariat.
He said that he had sought Mamata's help to prevent the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh when Parliament debates the issue during its Winter Session.
He said the bill should be withdrawn, and added that requires the consent of the state assembly and a two-thirds majority of both Houses of the Parliament before being ratified as law.
He said Article 3 of the Constitution (regarding formation of new states and alteration of areas, boundaries or names of existing states) should be amended.
Mamata said she would extend solidarity and full support to the Reddys.
