Bridgestone inaugurates a new Select store in Bijapur, Karnataka

World’s leading tyre manufacturer Bridgestone, today opened a new exclusive 'Select' store in Bijapur, Karnataka. Christened as 'Bagali Tyres,' the showroom is located near Sy. No.162D, Besides State Bank of India on the Railway Station Road. The new 'Select' store was inaugurated by the Minister of Irrigation and District, Mr. M. B. Patil and Mr. P. G. Rajeev, Regional Sales Manager, Bridgestone India Pvt. Ltd.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. P. G. Rajeev expressed, “We are back with yet another customer-friendly, smart and stylized store equipped with a wide product range and modern services to offer. Select is a unique retail channel concept of a quality store which promises the customers a better and unique buying experience.”

With opening of this new 'Select' store, Bridgestone now has 344 such stores across several cities in India. According to the company, The Select store boosts of an exclusive brand's retail 'Identity and Sales' in line with the global retail philosophy adopted successfully across the world.

The store offers an entire range of brand's products and services, including full tyre range, 3D Wheel Alignment, computerised wheel balancing, automatic tyre changing and nitrogen alloys.

“Our mission of 'Serving Society with Superior Quality' is not only valid for our products but also extends to Bridgestone’s service standards which can be experienced at Select retail outlets.” stated the company.

Retailed in more than 150 nations, Bridgestone started its Indian operations in 1996. After two years, its first manufacturing facility was inaugurated in Kheda, Madhya Pradesh. Other than tyres for cars, commercial vehicles and other utilities, Bridgestone also manufactures a wide range of diversified products, which include industrial rubber and chemical products and sporting goods.
