Japanese auto major Suzuki has recently launched the facelifted Swift in the Russian market, which has received both feature and design upgrades. What is more interesting is the fact that the facelifted version also has a 4x4 variant. The Suzuki Swift 4x4 is already on sale in the UK, Germany and Switzerland.

The updated Suzuki Swift has received LED daytime running lights and has been offered with a new 'Boost Blue' colour option. Also, the variants with no alloy-wheels have received a new wheel cap design. While inside the cabin, it gets new power fabrics, an auto-up for driver side power window, power folding wing mirrors and automatic headlamps.

The Russian market has received a total five variants of the facelifted Swift, out of which one is 3-door model. Powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine and mated to a five speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission gearbox, the facelifted Swift churns out 94bhp. Apart from 4x4 badging and a slightly increased body ride height of 25mm, it comes with an additive protection measures over ground by including front and rear skid plates, black wheel arch extensions and black side skirts.

The updated Swift has been priced in the range of 615,000 Rubles to 785,000 Rubles (Rs 11.68 lakh to 14.91 lakh in Indian rupees).
