Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals allots 33 lakh equity shares

Under QIP issue

Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals approved the allotment of 33,00,000 Equity shares at the issue price of Rs. 54.93/- per Equity share ( including premium of Rs. 44.93/- per Equity share) to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers in the Qualified Institutional Placement, aggregating to Rs. 18.12 crore. The post issue capital will be 2,33,84,684 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
