ACC adopts new Article of Association

On 13 April 2016

ACC announced that the Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 13 April 2016 have adopted a new set of Articles of Association, the provisions to bring the same in line with the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Amendment) Act 2015 and rules framed thereunder.
