Adani Ports update on composite scheme of arrangement

Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone announced that the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Brahmi Tracks Management Services (Brahmi) and Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone and Adani Tracks Management Services (Adani Tracks) and Sarguja Rail Corridor (Sarguja) and their respective shareholders and creditors (scheme) is effective from 17 February 2022.
