Aditya Birla Capital allots 7.73 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 7,73,349 Equity Shares of the face value of 10/- each on 24 September, 2019, pursuant to exercise of Stock Options/Restricted Stock Units/ Performance Restricted Stock Units under Company's ABCL Scheme 2017 and ABCL Incentive Scheme. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all aspects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from 22,01,78,44,170 (i.e. 2,20,17,84,417 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of 10/- each) to 22,02,55,77,660 (i.e. 2,20,25,57,766 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of 10/- each).
