Aditya Birla Nuvo consolidated net profit declines 1.49% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 9.18% to Rs 6318.41 crore

Net profit of Aditya Birla Nuvo declined 1.49% to Rs 326.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 331.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 9.18% to Rs 6318.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 6957.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 33.22% to Rs 1885.76 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1415.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 13.09% to Rs 22695.86 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 26114.46 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
