Advanced Enzyme Technologies subscribes to rights issue of Advanced Enzymes (Malaysia)

Advanced Enzyme Technologies has completed the additional investment of MYR 100,000 (approx. Rs 17 crore) by way of subscription to rights issue of 100,000 equity shares having face value of MYR 1 each of Advanced Enzymes (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (AEM), wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

In view of the aforesaid, the paid-up share capital of AEM has increased from existing MYR 400.000 to MYR 500,000.
