AGC Networks approves acquisition of Transcend United Tech

AGC Networks has approved the acquisition of the business of technology integration focused on unified communications, data center infrastructure and managed services from Transcend United Technologies, a US company having annual revenue of about USD 43 million and 130 employees at its meeting held on 15 March 2013.

AGC Networks Inc, is a US based technology integrator offering a range of solutions that include unified communications, network infrastructure, information security, data center and enterprise applications.

Transcend United Technologies is a solution provider and technology integrator focused on unified communications, data center infrastructure and managed services. Transcend maintains its offices across East coast, Mid-West and Central US.

This will offer AGC Networks a wide footprint in North America in line with the company's strategy for globalization.
