Aksh Optifibre allots equity shares

On conversion of FCCBs

Aksh Optifibre announced that the Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting on 14 July 2014 has allotted 743,675 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to the conversion of FCCBs aggregating USD 0.2 million.
