Alankit to hold board meeting

Alankit will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 October 2015, to consider and adopt unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year and 2nd quarter ended 30 September 2015, & to take on record the resignation by Kamal Narain Gupta, Company Secretary of the Company.
