Alpha Hi-tech Fuel announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 26 August 2016

Alpha Hi-tech Fuel announced that the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company Ashwin Panditputra has resigned w.e.f. 26 August 2016 and his resignation is accepted subject to concurrence at the ensuing Board Meeting on 31 August 2016.

Till the new Company Secretary is appointed, Haren J. Shah, Director, shall be the Compliance officer.
