Alumeco India Extrusion announced that Shruti Agarwal has been appointed as an additional director with effective from 14 May 2015. This appointment was passed by the Board by way of circular resolution on 13 May 2015.

Shruti Agarwal is an Independent Director in the Board of the Company.
