Andhra Petrochemicals announces appointment of nominee directors

Andhra Petrochemicals announced that Y V Anuradha, l.A.S., and Shamsher Singh Rawat, I.A.S., were co-opted as Additional Directors on the Board of the Company as Nominees of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation, with effect from 23 July 2015.
