Angels Enterprises updates on record date for consolidation of shares

Record date is corrected to 04 November 2015

With reference to the earlier intimation of Record Date for the purpose of consolidation of equity Shares, Angels Enterprises announced that due to some inadvertent error the record date was mentioned as 02 December 2015 instead of 04 November 2015 as the record Date for the purpose of consolidation of face value of equity shares of the Company.
