For the Audited full year,net profit declined 80.44% to Rs 3.09 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 15.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 2.14% to Rs 284.20 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 290.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
