Anugraha Jewellers has announced that the board meeting of the company will be held on 20 January 2014, to consider the un-audited financials results for the quarter/nine months ended 31 December 2013, to consider the proposal of the shifting of the registered office from Coimbatore to Chennai, to consider the proposal of change in the name and line of business of the company.
