Archana Software to appoint wholetime director

Archana Software announced that the board meeting of directors will be held on 30 January 2014 to consider proposal of existing directors, S Ravi Shankar and M B Sekar to get relieved from the directorship by 30 January 2014, and appoint Chikalpat Yogesh Pai as whole time director in place of S Sonaachalam.
