Arrow Coated Products and Misapor AG, based in Switzerland entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with an object to manufacture and deal in Green Technology products, focused on saving Earth's resources.

Arrow Coated Products and Misapor will incorporate a joint venture company in India with majority share holding belonging to Arrow.
