Sales decline 48.95% to Rs 184.92 crore

Net profit of Ashiana Housing declined 65.82% to Rs 37.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 110.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 48.95% to Rs 184.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 362.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 37.89% to Rs 67.08 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 108.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 28.99% to Rs 332.07 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 467.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
