Ashiana Housing will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 May 2015, to consider and approve annual audited financial results of the company for the financial year ended on 31 March 2015 including audited quarterly financial results in respect of the last quarter ended on 31 March 2015, and to consider and recommend dividend, if any.
