On preferential basis to promoters and strategic investors
Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics announced that the Operation committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 August 2018 has approved -1)Allotment of 30,00,000 equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 17 /- per share (including a premium of Rs. 7/- per share), the price has been calculated in accordance with the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009, aggregating to Rs. 5.10 crore on preferential basis to Promoters/ Promoter Groups and Strategic Investors not forming part of Promoters Group of the Company.
2)Allotment of 55,00,000 9% Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative, Non- Participating, Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) of the face value of Rs. 10 each on private placement basis to Yashraj Biotechnology, Promoter of the Company for conversion of loan. The said preference shares are not proposed to listed on any stock exchange.
