Aster DM Healthcare signs share purchase agreement with Hindustan Drug House

Aster DM Healthcare has entered into a share purchase agreement with Hindustan Drug House, a partnership firm, which is in process of converting into a private limited company. The company shall invest in 86% of the paid-up equity share capital of the converted private limited company.
