Avenue Supermarts allots 8.14 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Avenue Supermarts has allotted 8,14,322 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at an exercise price of Rs. 299 per equity share to eligible employees pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP 2016.

Consequently, the paid up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 6,277,746,910 divided into 627,774,691 equity shares of Rs. 10 each upon allotment.
