Axis Bank allots 15,306 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 15,306 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 11 October 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,35,40,680 (306,67,70,340 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,35,71,292 (306,67,85,646 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
