Axis Bank allots 41,000 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 41,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 1 February 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase Rs. 612,34,51,634 (306,17,25,817 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,35,33,634 (306,17,66,817 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
