Axis Bank allots 89,801 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 89,801 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 15 March 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,65,84,226 (306,32,92,113 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,67,63,828 (306,33,81,914 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
