Axis Bank allots 92,289 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 92,289 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 06 December 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase Rs. 613,48,72,490(30,67,436,245 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,50,57,068 (30,67,528,534 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
