Axis Bank allots 94,821 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 94,821 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 24 May 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase Rs. 612,90,41,474 (306,45,20,737 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,92,31,116 (306,46,15,558 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
