Axis Bank allots equity shares
Under ESOP scheme
Axis Bank has allotted 3,28,621 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 08 December 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,72,39,47,454 (2,36,19,73,727 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 4,72,46,04,696 (2,36,23,02,348 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
