Board of Skyline Radio Network appoints directors

B A G Films & Media announced that the Board of Directors of Skyline Radio Network , one of the subsidiary of B.A.G. Films and Media Limited (the Company), in its meeting, appointed Sudhir Shukla, Anil Kapoor and Urmila Gupta as Additional Director of Skyline Radio Network Limited with effect from 09 August 2017.
