Record date is 18 August 2017; Dividend payment date is 28 August 2017

Varun Beverages announced that interim dividend for the year 2017 will be paid on and from 28 August 2017 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, determined with reference to the Record Date of 18 August 2017 fixed for the purpose.
