B&A to hold EGM

On 5 January 2015

B&A announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 5 January 2015, to consider appointment of a suitable firm of Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the company to nil the casual vacancy caused in the office of Statutory Auditors by resignation of M/s P K Nandy & Associates.
