Bajaj Electricals has received a letter dated 21 October 2015 from ICRA ('Rating Agency') communicating reaffirmation of the rating of the Company's Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) programme at [ICRA] A (pronounced ICRA A) and revision in the outlook on the long-term rating from 'Stable' to 'Positive'.
