Bajaj Finance allots 2.17 crore equity shares under QIP issue

Bajaj Finance announced that the Allotment Committee at its meeting held on 07 November 2019 has approved the allotment of 2,17,94,871 Equity Shares of face value Rs 2 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs 3,900 per Equity Share (including a premium of ' 3,898 per Equity Share) at a discount of Rs 119.78 per Equity Share (equivalent to 2.98%) to the floor price of Rs 4,019.78 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs 8499.99 crore, pursuant to the issue.

The Issue opened on 04 November 2019 and closed on 07 November 2019.
