Bajaj Finance announced that the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held 30 August 2016, fixed 10 September 2016 (End of Day) as the record date for determining members eligible to receive:a) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each upon sub-division of equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10 each, and
b) fully paid up bonus equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each in the proportion of one bonus equity share for every one equity share of face value of Rs. 2 (i.e. as adjusted for sub-division of equity shares).
