Ballarpur Industries standalone net profit rises 13.86% in the June 2014 quarter

Sales decline 25.10% to Rs 177.84 crore

Net profit of Ballarpur Industries rose 13.86% to Rs 7.31 crore in the quarter ended June 2014 as against Rs 6.42 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2013. Sales declined 25.10% to Rs 177.84 crore in the quarter ended June 2014 as against Rs 237.43 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 6.12% to Rs 35.22 crore in the year ended June 2014 as against Rs 33.19 crore during the previous year ended June 2013. Sales declined 3.70% to Rs 944.81 crore in the year ended June 2014 as against Rs 981.14 crore during the previous year ended June 2013.
