Bandhan Bank allots 54,590 equity shares under ESOP

Bandhan Bank has allotted 54,590 equity shares under ESOP. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 1610,61,45,550 comprising of 161,06,14,555 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid-up to Rs. 1610,66,91,450 comprising of 161,06,69,145 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up.
