Bank of India allots shares to General Insurance Corporation of India

On preferential basis

Bank of India has allotted 46,39,294 (Forty Six Lakhs Thirty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Four) Equity Shares to General Insurance Corporation of India on Preferential basis on 30 March 2016 at the price of Rs.86.22 per share.
