Bank of India announces change in directorate
With effect from 15 May 2015
Bank of India announced that in the exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Sub-section 3 of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with sub clause (1) of Clause 3 and sub clause (1) of clause 8 of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Central Government has appointed Arun Shrivastava, Executive Director of the bank as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Syndicate Bank from the date a of his taking over of the charge of the post. As such he ceases to be a director of the bank w.e.f. 15 May 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
