Barbeque-Nation Hospitality allots 11.77 lakh equity shares

Barbeque-Nation Hospitality at its meeting held on 04 September 2021 has approved the allotment of 11,77,855 fully paid up equity share of face value of Rs 5 per equity share by preferential allotment. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,87,43,275 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
