BCL Industries & Infrastructures to hold board meeting

BCL Industries & Infrastructures will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 February 2015, to take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2014, to consider the Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15, to discuss merger of Ganpati Township and Kissan Fats in BCL Industries & Infrastructures.
