Bengal & Assam Company to shift registered office

From Delhi to Kolkata

Bengal & Assam Company announced that the Company's application for shifting of Registered Office from the NCT of Delhi to the State of West Bengal is sanctioned by the Regional Director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and would be effective upon approval from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Kolkata.
