Bharat Petroleum Corporation to submit resolution plan for Nagarjuna Oil Corporation

Following board approval at meeting held on 12 March 2018

The Board of Bharat Petroleum Corporation at its meeting held on 12 March 2018 has approved the proposal to participate in the insolvency resolution plan of Nagarjuna Oil Corporation by submitting resolution plan against the Expression of Interest published by Resolution Professional in October 2017.

The company will submit resolution plan to Resolution Professional by 17 March 2018.
