Bharti Infratel allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Bharti Infratel announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on 13 October 2014 has approved allotment of 157,485 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company on exercise of Stock Options under Employees Stock Option Plan 2008 (ESOP Scheme 2008).

Consequent to such allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 18,902,821,110 to Rs. 18,904,395,960.
